Would love to understand the real reason, but after 3 days of beating my head against a wall, i guess i'm happy with the work around. I dump my logs into splunk, and create alerts looking for 451 4.3.5 server configuration error; to correct. From= to= proto=smtp helo= how can i ignore the policy server if it's down?
